I'd up the protein, not sure how much but there are calculators to determine using your bodyweight and other measurements and lower the carbs accordingly.

My diary is open to everyone I believe! It is usually pretty boring, a lot of the small breakfast food, some of the same lunches but try to switch up my dinners when I can. :)

How long have you been working out and dieting? Also maybe you could try mixing up your diet such as reducing carbs and increasing protein intakes.

Twenty pounds by September is a very achievable goal! Getting started is definitely the hardest part but as it goes on and you learn more you will find it get easy! Just be sure to push yourself working out and have a good diet and you will have no problem! Good luck, you can do it!

Hey, I am a 22 year old Canadian and majoring in Environmental Science. ~225 right now, not sure how low I will get but probably around 190-200 plus I also lift a bit so try and tone on my way down. Feel free to add me. :)

Good job on the healthy eating and getting a personal trainer, those are the two biggest steps you can take now just stay dedicated and you will see results from your life change! It is not about cutting everything out, it is about moderation. It is okay to have something not so good but try to keep it in your caloric limit. Tomorrow is a new day so you can start from then, don't lose motivation yet!

You have lost weight before which gives you an advantage of repeating! First thing you can do is change your diet, not necessarily cutting out everything but moderating your meal and serving sizes.
