I'd count it, it would use up calories you might use on unhealthy foods, making you healthier in the long run. Plus it will make your diary seem healthier and inspire you to be. Maybe these articles will help, they're about swapping high calorie foods eaten regulary on/over Christmas for similar (and still good!) lower calorie ones! Might help you not gain any more, then you can concentrate on losing the 4lb after it! :)…
