i've had the FT4 for about a month now and only had washed the band once... today when i put it on, it smelled like that horrible old sweat smell... you know the one that you smell at the gym when people use the same shirt too much. as for the losing the heart rate, change the battery.

weigh yourself once a week at the same time of day. i also recommend taking pictures every two weeks... as for getting to the gym... it is a never ending struggle for us all. when i don't feel like going to the gym, i think about that feeling right when i'm done. the blood is flowing better through your veins and your body…
