Maybe you just work with a bunch of *kitten*. I'd attempt to ask someone if there is a reason, but if nothing comes of that, I'd try my hardest to just not sweat it. Sometimes people are mean, or rude. End of story. "Do not be misled ; Bad company corrupts good character." :smile: Good luck!

I haven't tried overnight oats, but keep hearing a ton about them... so you eat them cold? I know, probably a dumb question... and another lol... how long does one batch last? I saw you make them Sunday for the week - so what you make on Sunday is still good by Friday?

I think we've had a similar discussion (Scale Obsession) ... I weigh myself daily, though only record it on Mondays - I see fluctuations, but overall, to this point, it's all been very little in the upward motion sense... I guess the lack of weight lost this week just threw me a bit... a new thing to get used to! Thank you…

Good to hear it's "normal" - Easy to get frustrated... I know nothing is overnight, and it's a lot of hard work over time, but when you finally make the decision to get healthy, you want it to happen right away! :smile:

I think I need to look up a site for measuring.. I know it sounds silly, but I'm not really sure how/where to measure myself... the exact placement etc - but I would like to know that info as well as weight!

I was going to suggest the same - Volunteer, feel good for doing it, and look better to prospective employers... There are options in almost any area of interest!

That's how I feel too! I think part of my attempts in the past, failed because I would "try" to make better choices, then I'd end up gaining a pound or two (which I now realize may not have always been the case) and I'd give up and go back to unhealthy habits (then I would truly gain!) If I weigh myself daily, I get more…

I work in a doctors office, and the temptation is just too great - Our scale at home broke (and truthfully, I don't know how reliable it was anyhow) Good luck to you! Great goal! :smile:

Thanks everyone! I kind of do the same, I don't take it too personally if it's up a little, unless it's on Monday (the day I picked as my "official" weigh in day lol) I have noticed that it definitely fluctuates quite a bit!

Thanks for the input :smile: I've recently started using about 1/2 WW to see how much of a difference that makes, then I'll slowly convert a bit more... so far, no one has really noticed (or they're being super polite - either way lol)

A coworker today said I look like a lost weight... I know it doesn't seem like much, but I haven't really told anyone how hard I've been working at this, and it was nice to get the unsolicited compliment! Especially because I just hit 30lbs lost :smile:
