I haven't had a day like that yet, but I definitely didn't make the best choices this weekend, and felt a little blah for it... but, I had a really fun weekend, and have no regrets! One day, once in a while is going to happen - everyone indulges... everyone... maybe not always with food, but it's part of life - at least…

I'm active after work, but mostly walking (with children) and I've been doing strength training - weekends we're super active, and often hike many miles... I feel that MFP over estimates calories burned, so I haven't been entering all exercise. On very active days, I eat…

A cute bra that I mistakenly bought in the wrong size sometime last year, was too small and giving me quad boobs... I put it on this week, after finding it in the store bag packed away (intentions had been to return it - oops!) and it fits!! It fits well :happy:

I don't think I've ever noticed the grill spray! Thanks! We use a cast iron skillet a lot too :smile: I haven't mastered dutch over cooking, and kind of gave up on it last season lol

These are all great suggestions! Thank you everyone! How long do you all cook your foil packets for? I've done them, but the potatoes always come out crunchy, or I put them on for too long and they stick to the foil... hmmm... maybe I'm just not a great cook haha!
