I always look at the clock at 11:11. Seriously. AT LEAST 3-4 times a week. What does it mean? Someone here told me to make a wish when it happens. :) My son's b-day is November 11th so I always thought it was a strange coincidence.

So weird to read the post about looking at a clock when it's 11:11, because AT LEAST 3-4 times a week, I will look at a clock when it is 11:11. It happens constantly. Oddly enough, my son was born on November 11, so I always thought it was interesting that I keep seeing that time. And it's not like I'm a clock-watcher…

I knew someone in college who was afraid of pancakes. Apparantly she had this recurring nightmare of a giant pancake rolling and chasing her. :) I'm not afraid of it, but Jello is kinda weird for me. Weird texture - not sure how to eat it - do you chew it? It's just super weird for me.

Wow! These photos blew me away! It's remarkable that the bodies of these 2 women look so similar, yet there is a 30 pound difference. One does not look slimmer or more fit than the other. Clearly there is more to consider than the number on the scale.

Ahem...let's see...if I hadn't had 12oz of pomegranate martinis, I would have been just slightly over my daily goal of 1240.....but, my alcohol consumption added 800 calories to my day! But no guilt here....it's the first alcohol I've had in like 8 weeks (since I started my program). It was worth it! :drinker:

It completely depends on how big your weight loss goal is. I'm trying to lose 2 pounds a week, which means that for me, my daily calorie allowance is 1320.
