I, too, do not eat before breakfast; I had the same problem, throwing it up. So I eat after now.

not bad. You should totally take up swimming. That's a great way to get fit. It also tones your body.

I haven't tried p90x but from what I've seen it looks way crazy. I would try that.

conventional definitely. I use a treadmill. I don't think I've ever just done squats while waiting in line at wal mart.

I like to listen to heavy metal type stuff like Five Finger Death Punch, and other stuff like that.

I would just pack the inhaler with me. Even though it's inconvenient.
