what a bunch of morons. Usually the types of scumbags that would do that kind of thing aren't much to look at themselves. I know it must have been humiliating but you just keep on moving and shake it off! :-)

People have mentioned losing weight slowly but also moisturising is crucial. Everytime you shower make sure you moisturise all over this really helps keep stretchmarks at bay or at the very least stops them getting worse

If you're in a hurry porridge with milk (or some like it with water) is the BEST. Add honey for taste - it's low calories and low GI

Stick to 1200 calories but if you exercise, then eat a little more! Don't ignore this as you'll only exhaust yourself by not eating enough. Also, I'd recommend shifting your calories to the firts two thirds of the day (so have a big breakfast and lunch but light dinner)...Good luck!

Yay! Maybe we could swap workout/diet tips too! At the moment I'm trying to get into the habit of interval sprinting but it's HARDespecially on these cold winter nights!

It's clearly misleading! Why call it 30 day shred?!? I have this video and although I like it, it annoys me that she gives you no guidelines on what size weights to use!

so glad I saw this thread - I was annoyed to gain 2 pounds when I've been exercising/eating right! Now I know it's because of the period...

The number of the labels on my clothes is less important to me than my body shape and firmness. If I could look as toned as Beyonce I wouldn't care what size I was!
