I agree with you! Healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet. Though TV dinners are easy and quick, it's not a something you'll be using for life (would get bland after a while). Same goes for salad! We can change all the "bad" foods and make them good.

I am in board. I have gained back just about as much as I lost. I am falling all the way back. So, currently, I am 150.2. My goal is 10 pounds by Christmas. PLEASE keep me accountable :)

I am right there with you! I am sitting here trying to decide what to write for an essay and decide I feel like cookies. Unfortunately, my roommate's boyfriend had bought me some the other day as a "Thank you". Really, do I look like I need cookies!?
