  • I get that too, but I do not run, I speed walk. I realized that when I wore knee length shorts it was worse. I went and got some running shorts and it was a little better. Since I have lost inches, it isn't so bad.
  • I use to dislike water as well. I thought that drinking diet sodas would help with weightloss, but I have found that to be the opposite. I was not losing weight. I made myself drink it and sometimes added fresh squeeze lemon juice to it helped a lot. I also found that I craved water the more that I drank it.
