I am not sure if I am going to track my food... I am going to focus on eating healthy but not worry so much about the calories. Once I speak to my OB I will be able to gauge it more. Dont want to stress about it so much right now. Good luck to both of you!

Hello there and Congrats!!!! I also just found out we are expecting our 4th... I have been overweight since the 2nd, but worse off after the 3rd. I would love to have other pregnant friends so I can bounce ideas off of and we could encourage one another.

Thank you all for the wonderful suggestion and congratulations!! I will def talk with my OB and look into speaking with a nutritionist. I have 60+ lbs to lose as of now, so hopefully I will get the go ahead. I will focus on the veggies, fruits and lean meats and walk as often as I can.

It would be great if we could do specific exercises for specific problems areas, but unfortunately we cant... :frown:

My 3 boys are 13, 6 and 2 and honestly after taking them to a trail with me, I am more stressed out by the time we leave than not. lol... hubby works til late so no going after he gets home. I use to take them to the park midway through a trail I walked on, but then the 6 year old would complain about his legs all the way…

If you are walking for the same amount of time and exerting the same amount of effort, you are burning the same amount of calories.
So, I dont have to walk at an incline or anything to get the same benefit as walking on a trail?
It's all about the effort. Do you use a heart rate monitor? That will tell…

Having these issues for a few years now, I can tell its having an affect on my mental health, memory and motivation and such. As soon as we get insurance (takes almost 3 months to kick in :grumble: ) I am making an appointment.
