Exercise and diet to get rid of the fat, but you can't dictate where you lose first. You can do exercises that tartget your back to make it look better once the fat is gone, but first you have to lose the fat.

I agree with the others. You would have to lose weight overall. There's no way to direct the fat in a specific area to burn. Otherwise, we would be able to tell our body to leave the body fat in our boobs alone and just burn the fat off the stomach and hips. ;-)

Hi, I am just being helpful
Some of those exercises people do with weights are bent-over rows, dead lifts, and overhead stretches w/out weights!

If you do not want to use weights, I think you could still get results by using a broom pole and going through the same motions of ben-over rows, dead lifts, and of course to do overhead stretches is without weights anyways.

But if you decide to use weights, then your back will tone up much quicker!!! even just free weights of 5 lbs in each hand!!!

    Some helpful links

I could not find another good youtube demonstration of a lower weight/higher repetition dead lift, which I believe to tones better than heavier weights!

    have fun!

Fat loss hun. Keep losing the extra pounds through cardio and strength training. I promise it will come off. Diet is key too. Keep teh foods clean and minimize all processed foods.

This, but I'm not getting the Heroes reference. But maybe it's because I have mental block on the show because every season after s1 was a dumpster fire
