Hi Maynard46 are you having problems with your ticker updating? Just go back to the original page where you made your walking ticker enter your passcode or password then enter the new milage and then click on next. you dont have to copy and paste anything when you do an update only change the milage figure hope that helps…

Could it be the pedometer is not picking up all your steps, maybe because we stand still when doing our workouts. I did once try to use my pedometer and it hardly picked up any of my marched steps. Maybe you could check it out by marching 20 steps on the spot and seeing if it picks up all your steps. If its not that, I'm…

The 5 mile DVD must take over an hour to complete, So if you march/walk at the same pace or beat of the DVD which usually varies between 3.5 to 4.5 mph, you should effectively walk 5 mles 1 mile DVD's are about 15 plus a cooldown 2 mile DVD's are 30 plus cooldown 3 mile DVD's are 45 plus cooldown etc, etc I hope this…

Have you thought of Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVD's. They come in 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 miles. They really are great fun and you can push it as much as you want, or take it easier. I'm doing the mile or 2 mles at the moment, you only have to follow a few steps for 15 or 30 minutes We're starting a challenge on monday to walk…

According to varous forums I've looked at 4mph is the closest, funny I always find the DVD's harder than any walking I've done outside, probable because of the extra speed and arm movements you do on the DVD's.
