thanks guys :) ive made a list of about 30 meals, and I know theres more ideas in my many healthy cook books (I just got them all out and was overwhelmed) I just need to spend a little time each work working on some new ideas for the week so that I don't get so bored :) thanks

i only monitor calories but im only 5 months in. I find that my basic macros (carbs, protein, fat) all seem to be ok even without me monitoring them. i find it frustrating that so many ppl say bmi is bs because if your lean and fit it will be totally wrong. my eyes - everyone comments on their strange colour. my straight hair - i dont have to style it too much and i usually dont! my stomach because its where i put on and lose weight the most and i can really see it leaving!

i take fruit regularily for lunch on weekdays, and sometimes have some on weekends as well. on weekdays i have a t least 3 pieces of fruit - apple, banana (for morning snack), and 1 with my lunch. but most days i have 2 with lunch (4 overal) and sometimes i even have 3 with lunch (5 overal)

i pretty much have the same thing to say here. i started on it when it as called couch to 5k but in week two i ran an update and the name changed as well as the workouts lol. I'm only on week but its really great and im finding myself doing more than i thought i could. i think it can get us both running 30 mins flat

i log everything and thats what your suppose to do. i eat over 400 calories of fruit and veg in an average day. At a rough guess id say its about 500 calories. Thats a third of my daily intake. i know that if i didnt log that i would think hey ive got a spare 400 calories im going to have chocolate cake and then id be over…
