No more than 2 per day. Usually 1/2 cup blueberries in the morning plus 1 whole apple or orange in the afternoon or evening.0

I bring an apple every day to work.... sure enough I never get sick! haha otherwise I eat unlimited amounts of veggies0
-
In the winter I eat about 3 apples a day. In the summer, I eat 4-8 different fruits a day.0

i take fruit regularily for lunch on weekdays, and sometimes have some on weekends as well.
on weekdays i have a t least 3 pieces of fruit - apple, banana (for morning snack), and 1 with my lunch.
but most days i have 2 with lunch (4 overal) and sometimes i even have 3 with lunch (5 overal)0 -
Ity to stick to 2 - just because they're high in sugar. But if I have more, I don't beat myself up bc they're still really good for you.0

Kind of random, but bananas technically count as two servings of fruits
I had been eating two servings of fruit a day but lately it's just been one. I really should get back on to eating more fruits.0 -
I usually eat 1-2 pieces of fruit per day.0

Probably 3 or 4. I usually blend 2 bananas at some point, and eat an orange. Occasionally frozen fruit.
I always bring a drink to work with 2/3 my days calories in it, always has at least one banana.0 -
4-5 Servings of fruits - Typically 1 Banana, 1 Orange, 3 Strawberries, 1/4C Blueberries, 1 Apple
I struggle with the vegetables a little more, but try to get the same number of servings.0 -
I am a vegan so my diet mostly consist of nuts/beans/grains/vegetables. but personally i dont really have a taste for fruit! as odd as it sounds im not a fruit kind of person. at least not fresh fruit i like dried cranberries in my oatmeal and an occasional banana but thats it. i eat maybe 3 or 4 servings of fruit a week! vegetables are much more nutrient dense and have way less sugar and calories per serving.0

Usually 1 - 3... it varies depending on what is in the fridge and what is happening in my day.
Aussie healthy eating guidelines suggest 5 veggies and 2 fruit each day which seems about right to me.
Having said that, if the alternative to eating fruit is to eat cake or chocolate - the fruit has to be better for you0 -
I get *at least* four servings a day. Often more. Fruit is awesome.0
