I just went and got an account at Loseit. It gives me more calories and allows me to eat more if I exercise but I had a harder time figuring out what I ate in the database.....I think I like this site better. I may do both for a few days and compare. I will definitely stay here. I've had this account for a long time.

I do both. I like the elliptical because there is less impact on my joints. I find I burn equal calories according to the machines but I usually spend most of my treadmill time at an incline of 11 where I keep changing the settings on the elliptical. I like to do 30 minutes elliptical and then 30 minutes of treadmill, but…

That sounds like some drastic diet changes. I wouldn't be able to live that way for the rest of my life. I would check with a nutritionist. Seems like you are cutting a lot of healthy things out of your diet. I upped my calories and started losing slowly.

My husband does when he eats low carb/high protein. I am not sure on mine. I don't notice a funny taste and my husband has no sense of smell, LOL.
