My goals for November: Increase water intake to 3L/day. Exercise 5 days a week. Try aquafit classes, get my daughter involved. Log all food intake. Lose 7 lbs

6 egg whites is a good serving of protein. I am a nurse and that keeps me full a lot longer. Meal bars perhaps? Not sure about The sugar content

I have a protein shake for breakfast every day but it tastes like a milkshake. 2 cups ice crushed in a blender with 1 1/2 c milk. Add 1/2 banana, 1 scoop chocolate protein, 1tbsp peanut butter, blend.

When you don't eat all day, your body thinks you're starving so it goes into fat storage mode. I don't like to eat breakfast either so I started drinking a protein shake and now it's routine. Food first thing kickstarts your metabolism for the day.
