A day late and exactly the same. Weighed in at 168 again. I want to see 166 again and soon! I did work out 2xs with the trainer this week, so maybe next week things will look better. I need to get control of the diet again!

Good morning! I weighed in at 168 today. I was 166 a few weeks ago. The scale seems to zig zag up and down 2 lbs. My MFP SW was 176 Down 8 total BMI: 25.0 Hope to have better news next Wednesday! :)

Cycle 2 seems to go slower, most people seem to lose inches but not much weight. But I would worry about staying on Cycle 1 too long because it is such a low amount of calories, your body might adapt and adjust making it harder to increase later. Quick check in. I did my 30 minutes of strength training but I think it also was a good source of cardio.
