I too am a mom of 4, I currently do the biggest loser power sculpt and biggest loser 2 the workout videos and love them they were $8.00 at walmart and you customize your workout with different segments being different levels of time. I also do just dance on the wii so much fun and love it

I am doing biggest loser power sculpt dvd on weeks 5-6 and I do it 5x a week and often do just dance on wii in the evenings fun and excersise at the same time, I love it

i started my dvd workout with leslie sansone walk away the pounds, than i found biggest loser 2 the workout loved it. Now i do the biggest loser power sculpt and i love it, im currently doing it 5 days a week, its a great workout and burn.

we currently have Just Dance Summer Party, i use almost everyday and it is quite a workout, you work up quite a sweat. I love it and can't wait to get more

You have my support, we can do this!!! Life gets busy sometimes, especially with the holidays and family. Not logging in everyday can be understandable, sticking with our diet and exercise is great. I would never delete someone for not logging in everyday, i will stand by you. Cheers to our journey!!!

I used to just do my leslie sansone walking videos but found the biggest loser one its awesome you can pick your own workouts on it and set to what you would like to do, its an awesome burn. I live in Canada where it is getting cold and soon to be snow so dvds are ideal for me.

I love them too, buy a few when on sale. My favourite and i just had it yesterday lol is sweet and sour chicken.

have you done your measurements, could be you are losing inches but not showing on scale. Also exercising builds muscle which may also be why there is no loss.

Thank you, i just worry because i have read you should try to stay 500 calories or less under for the day and i havent been able to do that the last couple days

My husband has joined this a few days after me, although the last couple days he doesn't seem to care what he is eating and what his portions are, hoping he gets over that hump. I am not being deterred by his bad eating, i am so committed to this.

I like it, its not only walking on the spot she gets arms in there for a workout also and you move your legs other ways too. the 20 min. one i bought is over so…

Thats how i have been doing it since i started last week, but looking at it today because i was doing my husbands food diary for him today and i was going to add in his walking at work which is an 8 hr. day well that puts him like almost triple the amount of calories burnt off, so i don't know how this is going…

when you add your cardio excersise your amount of calories go back up, the number of calories you burned off in exercising.

I don't think you should feel guilty unless its something you are doing all the time, its ok to have a treat once in awhile.
