I have just purchased the video The Biggest Loser 2 the Workout, i started using it today, you customize your own workout on it and i had picked warm up 5 min, functional flexibility 10 min. , high intensity cardio for women 10 min., power sculpt for women 10 min. and cool down 5 min. so all together 40 min. workout. Just wondering how i can put this video in on my excersise list, i don't own a HRM and really dont forsee me getting one in the near future. Hoping i can get some much needed insight to this problem lol. Thanks in advance for your help.
