Hi Is blogiates a you tube workout or is there dvd with these videos? for the gymboss app - - you just set the timer and excercise any at 30 sec intervals?

my hrm is a watch. Its not an expensive one that automatically reads or calcuates. I have to place my fingers on two locations and wait for it to to register to tell me what my HR is ... How are you liking turbo? I find that I am fumbling a lot, I am hoping that as I keep going that my coordination will improve.

my coach has been nice I just started the P90X - I am switching on monday - going to try the lean, right now I am on week 2 of the classic and I don't think its doing what I want it to do... Is turbo fire much different??

I just started P90X Im in Phase 1 - week 2. I am going to switch from Classic to Lean - i think it is more so what I am looking to have.... Has anyone tried the cleanse or the recovery drink? anyone use the shakeology?

You should try the P90X, I am going to switch my routine - i will finish this week (phase 1 week 2) of the classic, but I am going to move to the "Lean" schedule.…

I am really enjoying the P90X - today was Kemp X I am day 6 - phase one - week 1... I hurt in places I didn't know existed. My weight today was 165.6 sorry I was at work all day.... if you don't want to keep the group going, that's fine but would love a P90X buddy to help motivate and complain with about all that aches..…

I think I started the first week with the wrong schedule... who is doing which? I have P90 and started, what I know now is the hybrid schedule.... I think I want to do the lean... Can anyone shed light into which is better for what? I think this monday coming I will switch and start a new week with the new schedule.

how do you record your workouts with p90x? I have a watch that will tell me my heart rate but not calories burned etc... its a pedometer watch. Anyone know how to figure out calories from just your heart rate??? is there a simple math formula?

Hi, I am starting tomorrow. We two hung hooks from the ceiling in the basement and I will pull with my resistance bands from the hooks.... approx shoulder width apart.... hoping this is the trick to get the effect I need to make shift pulls ups... How is everyone doing?

Hi, I am in the same boat... stuck with the same problem. I have been told to shock my system, so I ate some bread over the weekend but nothing has worked yet... I also added some crispers to increase the shock but nothing.... I don't understand either.... :)
