Has anyone tried the 3 day cleanse?
Looking for info... I am considering this at the end of the month.
I am in a plateau, since Christmas I have lost only 2lbs.... I work out nearly every morning.
I am two weeks into the P90X and have heard good things about the cleanse, and it was suggested that this may be what I need to break the plateau....
I am looking for thoughts and ideas from previous cleansers or people who love shakeology... etc...

I am going to do the cleanse at the end of the month... let me know how you make out.
My cleanse is on route along with trial packs of the P90X recovery drink...
You should try the P90X, I am going to switch my routine - i will finish this week (phase 1 week 2) of the classic, but I am going to move to the "Lean" schedule.
I am getting fustrated with this plateau....0 -
Your body is a wonderful thing. It will cleanse itself with healthy, clean foods, exercise and a lot of water. There really is no need to use anything to get this to happen. Unless there is a valid medical reason there is no need to "cleanse". Like I said, your body is built to cleanse itself daily. Any weight loss that comes with it will come right back.
If you are at a plateau the only thing that will work is to switch things up a bit. Increase your calories, change the foods you eat, change the exercise you do.0
