Turbo Fire

Hi
I started Turbo fire this week. Today was HIT 15 + Stretch 10.

I do have a watch/hrm... but how do you record this on. The intensity that you put in, I think is different then what my little watch does for calories.

Anyone want to buddy up for this one?? just add me...

    I put it as high intensity aerobics with plyometrics, if I have to measure it somewhere.

    Todays week 1 day 5 of reg schedule for me :happy: since i have a hrm i add it in create my own exercise..cardio and then tf (name of exercise for the day) time,calories! i always go by what my hrm says and not mfp as it can way over estimate calories since it doesnt know how hard you pushed yourself!

    my hrm is a watch. Its not an expensive one that automatically reads or calcuates. I have to place my fingers on two locations and wait for it to to register to tell me what my HR is ...

    How are you liking turbo? I find that I am fumbling a lot, I am hoping that as I keep going that my coordination will improve.
