Karen I like that you find the time to take in the beauty of nature. it is a good lesson to take in. Like I said previously I did get my bike fixed and did get out to ride it for a 5 mile bike ride and it was such a freeing feeling almost an escape for that time. Had my bike fixed today so getting out and riding my bike should be a way to get exercise in as well. I have a bunch of fitness dvd's but just can't put one in and use it - but getting outdoors is helping. yes slow and steady!

6/5/2014 I did one hour of ballet core aerobics - 501 calories burned. I also have been doing better with getting back on track today had two shakes - one bar and an apple - and salads.

Non food rewards for me are flowers, clothes or putting a set amount of money in a separate account so I can go on a trip. Another goal reward could be a piece of jewelry.

WOW I am amazed at how our plans are so very different and where we go is just as different. I can get the soups but haven't figured just as summer has hit I am not much of a soup person - but can see the benefits of this as well.

I have the recipe for the chicken biscuits and thought that looked interesting - may have to try this! Loving the other ideas - of adding the torani and using flavored water. I know I have been using a Nutri Bullet to mix my shakes at home - and I use a blender bottle at work.

It is a great place to start if you are just starting - follow the program and do it at your pace.
