Getting back on track
I have been very lazy about tracking my food and checking in - I have been doing the shakes and doing my best to stay on plan but the scale isn't showing this ................ in fact ........ it is going the opposite way!!! I talked to the nutritionist and she is say I have plateaued. UGH! OK things to get back on track…
