Water. No really, if I'm really quite hungry and I know I shouldn't have any more calories I will drink an entire glass/bottle of water and I find it quite filling. It only works for me if I down it all in under 5 minutes though. If I just sip at it, then it's just a normal drink.

I do for two reasons. A) It helps me remember what I used if I want to make that recipe again. B) I log EVERYTHING that I put in my mouth. I found that if I do this, I won't cheat by "forgetting" to log that one teeny little cookie that I steal off my husband or whatever.

Actually I hate math! Lol. I tried journaling on paper and couldn't keep up with the daily math. I love that MFP does that for me! My mom on the other hand, even though she's not a big math fan either, says it's easier for her to do it on paper because doing the math herself helps her understand where the calories are…

I kind of agree. I mean, I tend to work out more on some days than others but I don't see it as "making up for a bad week". Pretty much what Peanut said, every day is a new day! Then again I do go over my calorie goal on some days, and sometimes I'm 100+ calories under. And I've lost going on 20lb. So it's working for me.…
