I, personally, have to eat before working out. I eat something that has some protein for sure. I give myself at least 45 min-1 hour to digest. I love FAGE 0% yogurt. I love it with a little honey, fruit, or granola. It's soooo very yummy. It's good in recipes, too...instead of sour cream. :happy:

I find that, for me, if I look at the '40' pounds I want to lose, I get overwhelmed! If I look at it day by day or week by week , it doesn't feel so unreachable. Log your food intake and excercise…

I do what is realistic for my schedule and my body. I go to the gym 5 days a week now...3 days are weights/strength training with 30 min of cardio. The other 2 days are straight cardio for 45 minutes, then I rest 2 days. Oh, and one of those days is with a trainer...so I feel that is good for me at this time. I plan on…

I normally like to be done with my workout and home by 7pm...last night I didn't get home from the gym until after 8:30pm and yes..it kept me up. I am sure everyone is different, but it takes me a while to come down from a workout. Hope you can get a work out in tomorrow! :)

You can also check out the food database on here...it has a lot of the sushi and serving sizes. I found it to be helpful and not to mention, shocking at the same time! I didn't realize how much I was taking in with those 'little' bites of sushi. :grumble:

Hi fellow Red Team members! I had a good day yesterday, both nutritionally and physically. My trainer really pushed me and I pushed myself with my cardio. I am thinking about taking a Spin class tonight..I haven't been to one in some time, but love the class! How's everyone doing?

Drink lots of water, space your meals out throughout the day, and eat foods that are higher in fiber to keep you fuller longer...anyway, those are some things that work for me. Good luck, you can do it!

I agree with some of the above posters..stay with the old scale! Also, you could hit the mall to walk if you can't get outside today. Stick with this, you can do it! :happy:
