I am not sure if you belong to a gym or not,......but swimming is gret cardio with minimal impact on joints,....and an excercise bike or actual bike is also a way to get your heart rate up,......to burn calories, without putting too much strain on your knees. Great job! I like your ribbon idea. The scale frustrates a lot of us trying to lose but it can be deceiving if you hold water maybe due to having high sodium one day,......measurements are more accurate to assess our body changes

^^^^. Hilarious, I wear whatever is comfortable, because I hate chafing or tugging or any other reason that forces me to readjust and lose focus. For spinning I find the tight stretchy lycrapants most comfy and I don't care about panty lines at the gym

That has happened to me too,.....just drink tons of water and eat protein after lifting,.....it is not actually true weight gain usually,....daily weighing scares us because of these fluctuations,......just keep at it
