I don't think it is offensive, I don't think it is because someone thinks you are old. I think it shows respect. My 13 year old and 5 year old call people ma'am and sir out of respect. If they know someone a little, they might say miss and use the womans first name instead.

Due to a few things, I have not worked out in over a month. I can tell you, that when I was taking an hour every day for myself to workout, my home was cleaner than it is now. You need to make the time for yourself. I'm a single mom of two and my workout was from 7-8...I got home, started dinner, fed the kids, dishes,…

2 kids ages 12 and 4...with the first one I gained 6lbs and he weighed 7lbs...no, not a typo, I weighed 20lbs less after I delivered then before I got pregnant, and with the second I only gained 13lbs....too bad I put on 35lbs in the 4 years since I had him...:(

I am working out 4-5 times a week in a muy thai fitness class and trying to keep my calories around 1500 per day..add me :)
