The fact that someone else has time with an 8 month old, only means they have a different life than me. So pls, that's not of any use. I'm not aiming for results within a month, with my 6,5 year Bodypump experience (with 2x 6month break because of pregnancy) I can't expect to get toned more than I am now. I want to get rid…

Thanks for the reply. I thought if I'd do at least SOMETHING every day, I'd see some effects. So I'm planning on doing some ab training in the mornings.

I support my head with my hands above my neck, if I put my hands to the side of my head, I feel I'm asking too much of the muscles in my neck. Our Bodypump instructress (is that a word?) always says that you should try to keep a straight line from your back to the top of your head. If you put your chin to your chest,…

I've always been told that working out for days in a row is not good for your body. Your muscles have no chance to heal. Oh, and you know what they say, muscle soreness is always worst on the second day!

Amazing, I hope to have the same results when I'm done with the 30DS. Ordered the dvd yesterday. Btw, about not losing weight: You do loose more weight but you get muscles in return, and muscles weigh more than fat :)

I don't really care about the stretch marks, it's OK for people to know I'm a mother!

I'm a bit used to strength training, Ive been doing Bodypump since 6 years or so, with 2 6 month breaks because of pregnancy and recovery. Got the email from Amazon, it's shipped!

I bought it on Amazon, with shipping it costs 10,50 euro's so not a lot, even if I'm going to use it as a beercoaster if I'm out of motivation  Hoping to give you guys a real succes story after I used the program!

I can squeeze in a 30 min workout, and maybe I can do it in my sons bedroom with the laptop :) I'll check amazon!

Ah ok, now I need to find where to get it here in Holland :)

Ow, a DVD. And it takes an hour a day? Giag09, my guess is you do it every day for a 30 day period?
-
Ah, same here, although I just started 2 weeks ago and only lost 1lb. My son is 2 months old today. Did you read about what happens when you don't eat enough calories? Maybe that's the case in your situation. The minimum (for me) is 1200.

You gain weight from working out, muscles weigh heavier than fat :) How much do you still want to loose?
