My name is Heather .. 24 yrs old .
Ive lost some weight but cant seem to lose anymore .. I dont drink soda's or eat junkfood
Ive lost around 40 lbs since baby .. but 18lbs in the last month .. & now i jus cant seem to lose anymore
I stil diet & workout !
ANY TIPS ??
PS. ive been doing the hcg diet ..1500 to 900 cal diet

You gain weight from working out, muscles weigh heavier than fat
How much do you still want to loose?0 -
20 more lbs ..but i'll settle for 15 lol0

Ah, same here, although I just started 2 weeks ago and only lost 1lb. My son is 2 months old today.
Did you read about what happens when you don't eat enough calories? Maybe that's the case in your situation. The minimum (for me) is 1200.0
