I refuse to live my life according to what other people think I should live it due to my age. Im comfortable in my own skin so support instead of judging.

You should NEVER have days with only 600 calories! Thats starvation mode! Not good for the body.
-
Im still struggling with the whole eating clean thing...its hard when you're used to eating certain foods and have favorite types of meals. But gotta stay focused and determination is key!

Increase the intensity in your workouts. Lift heavier...run harder...burn more calories.

Yes maam. Increase your intensity in your workouts.

I was told by one of the other MFPers that if I replace one of my meals with a low calorie protein shake, that will help me with fat loss and toning. So I've been doing that along with doing cardio and strength training exercises 5-6 days a week. I also eat a small salad as one of my meals. My only full meal is at the end…

Therefore, regardless of how many calories I burn, I try to keep it no more than 1340. Im looking into bikini competitions just to…

I drink plenty of water and chew Wrigley's Peppermint gum. 10 calories per stick though, so I limit it to only one or two per day. But the peppermint flavor lasts so it keeps me occupied.

From what Ive seen so far... there are quite a few divisions with some competitions. They have the height divisions. I would be qualified for 5' 2" and under. And there's also the over 30 division. Some competitions differ from one another however.
-
WOW! Thats a lot of weight to drop! Which competition will you compete for? Is it costly?
-
Thanks Am! Which competition are you going to compete for?
-
I too am interested in doing competitions for either bikini or figure. Not sure yet which one. It will most likely be for bikini. Do you guys feel that one competition is more prestigious than the other? I've looked up a few competitions online but still unsure which ones to begin training for.

I cant really choose one over the other out of my MFP friends but journeyingascrystal has inspirational stories she tells often. Other than that, everyone pretty much gives me the same "good job" and "great workout!" messages daily. LOL As far as my special interests in a couple of other MFPers on my list are: MyCoachNYLA…
