Ive only done day one and that was last Monday! However, I started a running club Tuesday and went Again Thursay and seriously overdid it running 4.5 miles When I'm only used to 3 miles. Workout DVD called the 30day shred

I'm planning on running twice a week - Tuesday and Thursday. Then doing The Shred Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If I do anything on the weekend then that will be a bonus! However, the last time I did lots of planning it all went to pot so here goes...

I think I'll have to do every other day as that's what got to me the first time I did this in April. I stopped after day 7.

I was a complete beginner to running when I started C5k in April and although it was hard, it is very achievable. I never completed the programme due to issues with my knee but I still completed my first 5k in June - 29 minutes!! Go for it!

Keep at it! I'm going to re-start it as I did 8 days in March/April then started C5k and haven't finished either programme! Feel free to add me if you like:-)

Go for it! I'm on week 3 C5k and it is hard but I know it will be worth it in the end. My programme should end on 2nd June and I've entered a 5 k race in Swansea Bay On 12th June. Book a race to set a target. Good luck!!

I'm on day 4, started it last Sunday and did it again on mon, wed & today. I needed the breaks in between as I'm very unfit! It's hard but slowly it starts getting more manageable:-) Keep at it!!:-):D

I'm starting day 4 now of 30ds (day one was Sunday ) and had a rest after each day as my arms were hurting. I'm unfit and trying to ease myself in slowly cos if I over do it I'll abandon the DVD! Any excuse to give up. Lol Keep going gal!:-)
