    Hi, count me in! I have been procrastinating for a while now so its about time...tomorrow it is! Not exercised in ages either so am preparing for a wrecking! Are you planning to do 30 days in a row or have some breaks?

    I think I'll have to do every other day as that's what got to me the first time I did this in April. I stopped after day 7.

    Count me in! I just started back at it this past Thursday im planning on bike riding 5 days (7.1miles currently) a week and the gym 4-5 days as well :smile: good luck everyone!

    I'm planning on running twice a week - Tuesday and Thursday. Then doing The Shred Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
    If I do anything on the weekend then that will be a bonus!
    However, the last time I did lots of planning it all went to pot so here goes...

  • I'm in! We've had all sorts of adventure - job loss, move across the country, etc. and needless to say I'm back to square one. Tomorrow (July 9) I'm starting 30 days of "no sugar" (which is really no refined carbs, treats, etc.) and 5 hours of cardio a week. I would love to have a little group support.

    Count me in! I just did the first level for the first time tonight - wow! I can definitely feel it, especially in my arms! I'm going to try to do it for the rest of July - we'll see how it goes!

    I just started this morning. this is my 3rd attempt. I never make it the full week. so my goal is to get through 2 weeks, since no trips are planned for 2 weeks. I'm with you!

    I'm in, I did start back on it last week but only got to Wednesday before I gave up! This week I will do it every day and get back on track with my diet...only 10 weeks till holiday. Eek!

    i'm on day 8 of level 2 :-)
    i do it 3-4 times a week, and do level straight after doing level1, and after school hols will get back into my walking

    Today is my Day 3 for level 1. I just posted in the other thread, but I absolutely love how packed this workout is. After 20 minutes, I feel as if I worked out for over 60+ minutes at the gym, all in the conveniance of my own home. Good Luck everyone! I hope we all are able to stay motivated and inspired to allow this workout to transform our bodies :)
  • I started 30DS today and oh my word!! I thought I was reasonably fit, but just been proven wrong. Will admit to having to modify some moves half way throu, but here's to improving and shredding :-). I'm using 2kg weights as haven't any smaller, might have to drop to tins or bottles of water for some of the strength training! Off to eat humble pie!!

    I'm still nursing and had not nursed at this point for 10 hours which affects chest and weight measurements.

    I did day 1 last night, and my neck/shoulders are SO SORE this morning! Most of it felt okay while I was doing it, just my arms were really wobbly. Thinking 2kg weights was a bit too ambitious! But I don't have any others sooo I'd better man up a bit I think. Just not sure how to make my neck not feel like it's about to snap before I can do this evening's...

    Just did my first 30ds workout! I'm so tired and sweaty (and I've never felt pain like it hahaha!) but I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow!

    Start measurements:

    Bust- 39
    Waist- 30.5
    Hips- 39
