Hi, count me in! I have been procrastinating for a while now so its about time...tomorrow it is! Not exercised in ages either so am preparing for a wrecking! Are you planning to do 30 days in a row or have some breaks?0

I think I'll have to do every other day as that's what got to me the first time I did this in April. I stopped after day 7.0

Count me in! I just started back at it this past Thursday im planning on bike riding 5 days (7.1miles currently) a week and the gym 4-5 days as well good luck everyone!0

I'm planning on running twice a week - Tuesday and Thursday. Then doing The Shred Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
If I do anything on the weekend then that will be a bonus!
However, the last time I did lots of planning it all went to pot so here goes...0 -

I'm in! We've had all sorts of adventure - job loss, move across the country, etc. and needless to say I'm back to square one. Tomorrow (July 9) I'm starting 30 days of "no sugar" (which is really no refined carbs, treats, etc.) and 5 hours of cardio a week. I would love to have a little group support.0

Count me in! I just did the first level for the first time tonight - wow! I can definitely feel it, especially in my arms! I'm going to try to do it for the rest of July - we'll see how it goes!0

I just started this morning. this is my 3rd attempt. I never make it the full week. so my goal is to get through 2 weeks, since no trips are planned for 2 weeks. I'm with you!0
