Hi, I am Jen. Have a son (6) and daughter (4). I am a stay at home mom. Finally ready to loose the weight that I gained from my pregnancies and unhealthy eating habits. I am not a morning person, so I don't understand how some of you can get up at 5 am to workout, but good for you all!

Kids like having a choice, so I would give them a choice of which vegetable they want to eat.

I will eat some fruit, frozen grapes, or a weight watchers chocolate fudge bar

It took me 4 years to get motivated, I just got fed up with the way I looked and the number on the scale. Just start using MFP and once you start seeing the pounds go off, you will get even more motivated! Try rewarding yourself with something, I think that helps too.

I am 31 and lost 10 so far, going to push through until I am at my goal weight and then stay on to maintain! Would love to have more friends on here!

I haven't gotten the motivation to workout yet. I really don't like working out. Hopefully one day!
