I got bad news for you. I did alot of quick-paced walking, started jogging and that was going okay. decided to kick in some wind-sprints. stretched that tendon on the bottom of my right foot. couln't run anymore and if I sat too long I was forced to walk with a limp . Stopped the walking exercises and stuck to bike riding.…

the only time you really need to concern yourself with high sugar is if you are diabetic. As long as you exercise your blood will take care of the sugar. You don't look like you have a problem. if it bothers you just skip fruit a few days a week.

Hello..You have come to the right place. Altho' having a newborn will keep you pretty bizzy, staying at home for a while will make it possible to get in shape. If you like to exercise feel free to friend me. Good luck either way.

fasting is good. I do it once a month. It seems to force my body to eat up stored fat. It also cleans my system and I find I don't have to eat as much to stay full. Exercise is definitely the Key to effective weight loss tho'.

be careful with sat/fat, carbs and sugar. even if your numbers are safe those calories will end up in places you really don't want them. esxercise to burn that junk off.
