So looking over things I hit 40lbs lost sooner than I expected. Only have 10lbs until I get to the goal I set of 50lbs. I really want to lose another 30lbs after that. But right now I'm feeling fantastic that my arthritis pain went from an 8/10 to a 1/10. Its amazing what can happen when you change your lifestyle.

I have fibro and the early onset of arthritis in my hip... my pain will never go away, I know that... But the reality is that regular exercise and a whole, healthy, and 'clean' diet at least makes things more managable!!!

Congrats on the quality of life NSV!!!

Yeah, I've had Osteoarthritis in my hip for a while now, and couple years back got diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis in my left ankle(take meds for to prevent it from spreading to other joints). But nothing will slow me down.

    and thank you.
  • i commend you for even having the desire to lose weight witha pain causing illness. it's so easy to take a defeated attitude and sit there on the couch. Bravo!

Congratulations! What a great reason to lose--very encouraging, as I struggle with arthritis pain that is exacerbated by my excess weight. Keep up the good work.
