I have a terrible time at that time...however, I find I get my best endurance or strength days done there...probably because I am pushing through the pain...I try to not cheat then, because then it adds to all the bloating and tummy issues I have...but we are all different so...but that's just me :)

This is fine...it happens especially when you are a beginner or returner...sometimes it happens to me when I'm wearing shorts or loose fit shirts, so I go tighter on the tops and run in spandex and it's not as bad...but yeah, Jarrettd is correct...the itchiness is from the increased circulation...no biggie...should go away…
