ok that helped i changed it from lbs to kg, lol, but now its telling me to eat 3,500kcal a day :| I cant eat that much

i dont want to weigh under 60lbs in 5 weeks :| i think its broke, anyone know how to fix it? x

i ate lunch today, and dinner, and i had a snack in between, but im still only using up 835 kcal, i dont think i can eat anymore today, i also went for a jog earlier, because i thought i was going to go over my calorie allowance, but its just meant that i have extra calories to eat, this is all so confusing :(

thanks for everyones advice :) i never thought 88lbs was all that skinny, i at lunch today for the first time in about a year, soo ill see how today goes :D :flowerforyou:

I'm 5"5, maybe a tiny bit smaller, i just want to weigh less, so when i stand on a scale it doesn't make me look fat.

because i want to be a size 6 instead of a size 10, most of my friends are really skinny, and my is very weight conscious, and it just makes me want to lose a little bit more

should going from 58 kilos to 40 kilos take me, if i dont do very much excersize, but i only eat about 1000kcal a day? helppp

I take green tea pills from Holland and barratt, and i find that as long as i don't go over 1500 kcal a day i lose about 1- 1/2 lbs a week. Over the holidays however i haven't been exercising but this hasn't made a difference, i'm still losing the weight :)

thanks :) ill try the smoothie idea :) sounds good, the small meal thing wont work for me though, i cant eat early in the morning and still find it hard to eat during the afternoon, so to fit 5 meals in from about 3 o'clock untill 7 o'clock would be hard :) :flowerforyou:
