I got this stuff from fitbodies. I can't even find a website for them or any mention on the internet. It tastes a lot like chocolate quick. But I mixed some of the normal unflavoured whey in with it and it didn't alter the taste so I assume it must be.

I've heard of it. I just kinda balk at the idea of squiring coffee up my butt. Or anything. It's supposed to be great stuff though and can even help cure cancer. I can't see how it could be harmful and it would probably give you quite a jolt..... in more ways than one. If you try it. Let us know ok?

I found this site quite useful when I started off http://www.weightloss.com.au/workouts/dumbell-workout-upper-body.htm It will keep you busy for a while if you do it 3x a week. But with only 2kg handweights you will outgrow it in a few months. See how you go until then.
