idk but i love salmon (and a fan of halibut)-i think seafood food tastes more 'fishy'.

there is always some plateau that someone hits before they start losing again. don't lose hope! x

any food that is a 'super' food. google. there are super foods for energy, pain, etc. and its already whats typically in the fresh produce section.
