  • My heart races when I am doing squats, deadlifts, bench presses and things like that. I wouldn't say it is cardio exactly but I do burn a good amount of calories while doing to work out so I log it under strength training under cardio.
  • I had a bad day like that last week but all my other days I was within goal, I lost a pound. Keep going and don't let one day knock you down!

  • I think what your thinking about is Ketosis, which is a lot different then ketoacidosis. Ketosis is not fatal. Ketoacidosis is caused by type 1 diabetes not low carbs.
