I used to walk the same distance to and from work and it's only since i moved 20 miles away and started driving that I put the weight on! I can't wait to move closer to work again so that i can start to walk or even cycle to work! I just have to fit walking to the shops in and force myself to walk 5 miles every Saturday!!

I have the same problem and could do with advice too I don't enjoy the gym and prefer to run around the farms i live close too but i cant go too far without the pain starting.
