Best Cardio Workout?

Thinking of starting a spinning class. I really want to do something that is effective at burning fat. Is low intensity better than high? Should I skip the bike and try HIIT?

I've been seeing a PT for a couple of months and have found it easier to do a mixture, with my gym week being made up of: 1 x high intensity cardio, 1 x HIIT, 2 x Strength/resistance training, 1 low intensity cardio. I've found that works for me but it depends on your goals and if you're wanting to train for something in particular.0
