Added more exercise including weight training and upped my protein intake.

I burn 500 cals a day on average but I'd love to burn over 1,000 a day. Yes, I eat back my cals..some days all of them and some days not. Depends on how hungry I am.

I just used it to weigh an ounce of fudge that was given to me as a gift because it was in a block. I use it to measure spaghetti, meats, and anything else that I feel the need. It comes in handy alot and I use it everyday!

Still love sweets but I am more picky and choosey when it comes to what I eat... I took a bite of a see's candy once (or twice, or more lol) and spit it out because I didn't like it.. wasn't worth the calories to eat it..

I can't believe some of these stories! I don't think anything could really be as embarrassing (at least for me) than to just fart loudly in front of everyone. So far I've not done this but I am so afriad of doing it that I take two gas pills before I go..just in case lol

I've tried doing that and seriously to me it tastes like cereal covered chicken.. Maybe if go heavy on the spices I won't notice. but I don't eat fiber one (or any corn cereal like that) so having to buy a box just to try probably won't happen for a while lol

I work at a police department and I get people calling the cops on themselves ALL THE TIME. I remember one was because some guy wanted to buy his marijuana and didn't pay him for it. On the biggest loser they do end up going home and back to their regular jobs and come back for a final weigh in.. That's where they learn what they can and can't do too much of.

A coworker of mine brings a stepper. We use the computer and answer phones but there is some down time to be able to use it. Also those stretch bands.. you can do some workouts from your station with those.

Cardio and strength training are two different things. I don't think you can supplement one for the other.

I think the lack of sun causes a depression and sometimes makes it hard to get out and exercise or be motivated to eat the right foods. Mix that with holiday's and parties.. more calories in than out.

Do you have a job where you can fit in some exercise? Either at your station or during lunch maybe there is a gym? I don't work nights often anymore but when I do I pack my lunch. Freezer meals are the best! Lots of good recipes on line, take one day make at least a week's worth and freeze them. A Coworker of mine cooks…
