I only have the Biggest Loser Bootcamp. It is a mixture of both cardio and strenght training. It has 3 levels and you stay on each level for at least a week. I only recieved it in the post yesterday and stuck it on to have a look straight away thinking this looks really easy... Fast forward to now, and I cant walk properly…

I live in Ireland so have the same problem but I managed to pick up a region free dvd player in the sales for 40 quid and its great. I have a good range of TurboJam dvds, the Chaleane Extreme and now 30 Day Shred and Biggest Loser Bootcamp. I don't find Brittish workout dvds to be any good TBH.

At the moment I find using TurboJam great for me but as another poster said after around 5 weeks I will change the dvd's to something else. Next in line is the ChaLean Extreme - I am dreading that :laugh: but I know it will work for me.

Thanks Great! I tried this out this morning and oh man I was wrecked into the second running period. I seem to get shin splints when I run. Is there anything I can do to avoid it or should I just bare through the pain and try and get through it?

Yea it cost around .79cent which isnt too bad considering I might be able to run for 3 miles in the not so distant future! :laugh: I am starting early tomorrow morning and dreading the waking up and going to the gym but looking forward to the feeling afterwards!

I'm really going mad here, we're snowed in and my 30 Day Shred DVD is in my parents house across the city!!! I was so looking forward to starting this with youvall but I will be delayed starting. I'm hoping that I will be able to get it tomorrow, fingers crossed!

OK I weighed and measured this morning as I wont be able to do it tomorrow morning - no doubt I will be hungover from this evening :embarassed: - but I plan on doing my first shred day tomorrow afternoon :flowerforyou: . YAY :flowerforyou: - I noticed a few of these groups but they had already started but I am still waiting for delivery of mine but it should be here today or tomorrow fingers crossed and I will definitely start on the 1st with you! Can't wait to start but sooooo dreading it at the same time :laugh:

Ok, now I'm intrigued. How are we doing it wrong and how are we supposed to be running? I haven't ran for a very long time and that is one of my new year's resolutions - to learn to run again and be able to work up my fitness so this is very apt and interesting for me now.

I think my best option is making up a soup from scratch each sunday and bring a container of it in each day.. My only problem is I have never made soup (I'm really bad in the kitchen!) Has anyone got any good recipes that are easy and universal (i.e. non branded produce)?

Thank you Azdak for your reply - it makes sense!! I noticed this morning that a club not too far from me is holding 30min rebounding classes but I might give it a miss and go to the kettlebell classes instead! I don't want to "waste" my exercise time! :flowerforyou:
