Thanks, yeah it took alot of patience. The number 1 lifestyle change was changing the way I looked at weight loss/being healthy again. Before I really started losing weight, I thought of it as being only about how I looked and what size clothes I fit. Then I realized that I FELT different as I lost weight and it was the…

I had to do low impact the last couple of years and what really worked for me was Leslie Sanson Walk Away The Pounds. Its a workout DVD but you can find it online too. Its low impact but I lost about 10 -15 lbs just from doing that in the beginning and Leslie is so motivational to work out to. Hope this helps:)

I don't fast as regularly as other people, probably every other week ill do it or when the scale doesn't move for awhile. When I do it I start after I eat dinner so that way sleeping makes up most of it and then end it around 5 the next day. Every single time i plateau I fast and it seems to jump start the weight loss…

I'm 22 and 5'8 and a half. My goal that I started with when I began this whole thing has been 170(started MFP at 215) but the closer I get to that weight the more I am thinking of maybe 160. But once I get to 170 I am going to focus more on defining since, for me, that weight means that I will no longer be in the…

Box Chevy Pt.3 By Yelawolf feat. Rittz. But its also my ringtone so that doesn't help at all lol
-
I picked 170 because for me that will be the most I can weight and finally be in the normal range of the BMI chart. I figure once I get there than I will reevaluate my fitness goals and focus more on toning and shaping, i just want to get all of the "overweight" part taken care of first.

I love mustangs(especially the old fox body) but i feel like chevys are built to handle more. I drive a chevy geo metro and have owned it for 6 years and have wrecked it a few times and it still runs great. Before that I drove a chevy malibu and it saved my life in an accident so I will always love those too. The only ford…

22 yrs old, Female Height:5'9 Weight:186 at the beginning of the week Pants Size:10-12 I actually tried on a pair of pants today that were a M(8-10) and they fit almost perfectly but just a tiny bit of muffin top going on so i didn't wear them out. I hate when people do that so i try to wear the correct size, even if its a…

Im 5'9 too and started at around 220 lbs and when I first started I didn't really know what to put as a goal either because I was shocked to even find out thats how much I weighed. Since were tall we carry our weight differently. Since then Ive lost about 30 lbs and Im at 186, I just make small goals of 5 lbs and readjust…
