30 minutes of Just Dance 2 then 30 minutes of Wii Fit Plus in the morning. This afternoon, if weather permits, dog walk for 30-45 minutes.0

1 hour on the stationary bike
10 min melt it off resistant training.

25 mins moving staircase, 10 mins wave elliptical, 20 mins Nike Training Club "Squat Party"

30 sit ups x 5 x 5
30-40 mins on treadmill (walking and running)
20 mins on this arm peddler thing.
then
10 pushups
20 situps
25 squats
20 lunges (10 per leg)
80 jumping jacks
60 second wall sit
x3.
...Rougly burn 700 cal.
Might do some weights while Im at it. LOL.

I'm still getting over a nasty migraine (just have the dull ache now)-
so all I am doing is a couple short walks.
Yesterday was a long (for me) bike ride (which is why I go the nasty migraine)0 -
I did level 1 of the 30 Day Shred and I am on day 3.I love it:) and I also did like 20 minutes on my ab circle pro.0
