my exercise today is RUNNING! -- [ running to the vet, running back home to drop the cat home before running son to volunteer job... running to the store.. running home to grab lunch before running to pick son up, running the washer and dryer.. running to the sporting store... not to get some packing done for the move... then run some more]

I did! I kept repeating the last move, and pushing all the buttons on the controller trying to get it to do something. I guess it's not like a dvd that you can fast forward. If I don't complete it I can't move on to the next stage. It's not scratched, maybe it was dust?
This morning I did Jackie Warner routine C2 (shoulders, glutes, core).0 -
Hasn't happened yet today, but it will be squats, bench, deadlifts, chins0

1/2 hour on the bicycle at level 5. Also I just got the go ahead to resume doing Zumba. My doctor said my wrist is healed enough to do it without even wearing my splint! YAY!!!0

Also 15 minutes of physical therapy exercises per the physical therapist. I'm starting to use weights to get some strength back in my wrist.0

1/2 hour on the bicycle at level 5. Also I just got the go ahead to resume doing Zumba. My doctor said my wrist is healed enough to do it without even wearing my splint! YAY!!!
